  I waited over a month before leaving my feedback and I still have a bad taste in my mouth about this. The item was listed as free shipping on the east. I'm as far east in my location as possible. However, instead of reaching out and asking me if I would be will to cover some of the shipping cost (because I know a fire pit is heavy) he refunded me and them double the price of the item so he could still say free shipping. I have an LLC and I know bad business when I see it.

  All of my items are free shipping, and that had nothing to do with it. This item ships from a warehouse and for whatever reason, they would not ship to her address. My prices go up automatically when my supplier raises their price - shipping had NOTHING to do with it. Negative feedback was not deserved.

  Seller was extremely helpful, answered all my questions immediately, and the item was shipped in record time. I opened the box immediately to make sure all parts and hardware were there and not damaged and I was not disappointed. Now to assemble it!

  I bought and paid for this car then days later was notified it was no longer available. They asked if I wanted my money back. I thought that was a dumb question. After I responded, yes, they refunded my money. I likely won't buy from this seller again.

  This buyer is not telling the whole story - they were given two options, wait for the item to become available again, which usually happens fairly quick, or a full refund. They opted for the refund which was promptly sent.

  I had a small issue with my delivery and Jim was very quick to respond and make it right. I highly recommend buying from this store as the customer service is EXCELLENT. Long story short, his supplier in my area delivered 4/6 of the bins I ordered and one was broken. (We later found out they were out of stock and that's why only 4 were sent.) Jim was able to get it resolved in a matter of 3 or 4 days.
