  Advertised 'Microsoft Office 2000 Professional' showing on the case. Nothing in the ad indicated it was anything but a full version. Sent the 'full version' case, BUT ONLY INCLUDED UPGRADE discs that will not do an initial install. Seller's description was inadequate, misleading and inaccurate. And seller does not accept returns. Bad seller.

  I bought this for my dad, he used to have one but broke it and this one did not disappoint. The price was enough, the shipping is what really killed me. The mug was in perfect condition when it arrived, just as described. It was also packaged with much care. Would order from this seller again!
