    This is the first time I've bought a refurbished laptop and it's amazing! Exactly what I needed since I'm always on Zoom meetings and constantly multitasking so I needed a laptop that had enough power. Shipping was super fast, received in 2 days and it was ready to use right out of the box with no issues and its in Great condition! The seller has been very responsive and answered any questions. I definitely recommend this seller and I will absolutley buy from them again in the future!

    Awesome seller, their products are 100 percent as advertised. Had some problems at home but nothing to do with this seller or their product. Arrived fast, and the company was open and quick to communicate with me with the issues I was having. All in all this has been my favorite, most pleasant, and professional interaction on eBay by far.     The condition is outstanding as described, for the cost it exceeded what I expected, no scratches nor dents couldn't find any defects so far. I would strongly recommend this product and this seller, the shipping was awesome unlike some of the sellers on here that have held their product several days before taking it in to be shipped, great job sir.

    Received computer 2 days after purchase. Fast shipping. After inspecting item found damage on computer frame. Contacted customer support with pictures. They responded that same day. Sent a prepaid label for return of the computer. Upon receipt of computer sent a replacement. Upon inspection they had upgraded the processor and provided a much cleaner looking unit at no extra charge. They will be my go to vendor for renewed items. Thanks!!
