    The condition is outstanding as described, for the cost it exceeded what I expected, no scratches nor dents couldn't find any defects so far. I would strongly recommend this product and this seller, the shipping was awesome unlike some of the sellers on here that have held their product several days before taking it in to be shipped, great job sir.

    The laptop arrived today as scheduled.Was packaged in a very secure double package of thick pre-formed air-filled tight-fit plastic and covered in a tight fitting thick cardboard box. I did not expect the packaging to be this significant. Much more secure than any computer I have bought new from retain store. Should I need to buy another refurbished laptop, I will buy from this Company. Very impressive service and extremely fare price. Ron I

    Received computer 2 days after purchase. Fast shipping. After inspecting item found damage on computer frame. Contacted customer support with pictures. They responded that same day. Sent a prepaid label for return of the computer. Upon receipt of computer sent a replacement. Upon inspection they had upgraded the processor and provided a much cleaner looking unit at no extra charge. They will be my go to vendor for renewed items. Thanks!!

    This seller is one of the most honorable I have dealt with on eBay. Quick shipping, super-fast email replies and communication. The laptop was in fine physical condition and clean. Nice fair price and return policy. Would deal with again. I do recommend this seller. I will be looking at this seller for another Laptop in the near future.
