    Unfortunately, the item I received had some liquid on the prongs when I opened the box, and one of the prongs showed signs of corrosion, so I returned it. I initially requested an exchange and messaged the seller, but since I didn’t hear back right away, I went ahead and initiated a return. The seller processed the refund smoothly, which I appreciated. And the listing said "new," so I was surprised by the condition; it may be due to long-term storage, but it's something to be aware of.

    As one of the screens from my previous order had come in damaged, I communicated with the seller for a replacement. The seller is easy and swift to communicate with and very understanding of product issues. I received a replacement in no time and this screen works perfectly! The seller made sure to package the screen with care to ensure it would not be damaged during shipping. Very good communicator, I would always recommend contacting them to work out issues.
