    Happy as can be with this item, it was exactly as described and pictured! So tired of seller's trying to hide something with their pics and descriptions! None of THAT with this seller, just a perfect transaction! Restored my faith most definitely! A little holdup on shipping but that was totally on UPS and their normal incompetentcy ie; it took a week to get the last 35miles! USPS is only way to ship in my opinion, always super fast and deliver on weekends!

    Wow! PERFECT Transaction. 5-stars for ALL Categories. As advertised: Collets were in Good Used condition. Seller's photos well showed the imperfections in some collets, which were easy to re-machine to perfection. Seller's attention to detail is superb; Tool set was WELL WRAPPED in bubble-wrap dunnage, as if the tools were a fine China porcelain set! USPS had possession the VERY NEXT DAY after I paid! Purchase price saved me about 35% off buying brand new collet set-- Excellent value.

    Rich was responsive, accommodating, and showed great integrity. I asked for overnight delivery, and he quickly revised the price to reflect the new shipping cost estimate. When he found that the actual shipping cost was lower than expected, he refunded me the difference. Rich provided incredible customer service! The packaging arrived on time and as described. Thank you!
