Overall good transaction, as the item came as described and was shipped in a timely manner. Photo was taken of the envelope before sending, but my only complaint is that it was stamped and shipped snail mail rather than what was advertised (I would have assumed it would include tracking for the shipping price I paid).

Hi there - I'm so glad you like the Playbill. I'm sorry about the confusion on the shipping. You're right, the amount charged was more than normal for a single Playbill of this weight. The amount ebay charged you was not enough to cover the Ground Advantage price. I should have refunded the difference at the time, but forgot to go back and do so.
