    What a great value! The condition of this is mint! It arrived with brackets to mount and not a single scratch. A++ for appearance! This is a quality unit, and will last many years. Shipping was extremely fast, well packaged in a sturdy box lined with foam and sealed well. Will definitely buy from this seller again! Thank you for the awesome experience. Highly recommended.

    Despite me being a stupid customer and buying the wrong item because I don't know how to read, this seller was understanding and provided a full 100% refund with shipping included - no questions asked. I didn't have to pay a single penny for my embarrassing mistake. This is despite the fact that some of their listings even mentioned a restocking fee, which they waived for me. Bravo to Rhino Technology Group; they deserve all the business they can get.

    The seller stands behind their products. I ordered this hard drive from them and the first one they delivered was DOA. I contacted the seller informing them, they immediately sent a new one out with a new tracking number. The new device was immediately recognized by my system and is working as intended. I will definitely work with this seller first for any future purchases as their customer service, quality, value and response time is top notch.

    Honest company and a bunch of stand up people! Disks arrived well packaged in good physical condition but had a few more hrs than I was comfortable with. Seller immediately offered no questions asked return and pain free full refund.

    One of the drives I ordered was making loud grinding sounds. Seller sent a replacement promptly and just told me to scrap the faulty one. Awesome seller, will be buying from them again! They do a great job packaging drives for shipping as well.
