I searched all over the internet for one and couldn't find a better deal on a new item anywhere else. This seller communicated with me when I had questions, taught me how to set the unit up so that I could use it, and helped me with my concerns. I only wish it was packaged a little bit better because the box was open on arrival and the tool was hanging out of it, not sure if that happened during transit or what, but it made it to me and works like I hoped.
