  The three coach-bolts (cw nuts) arrived this afternoon. They were appropriately packaged (in a folded piece of corrugated cardboard, mummified in clear packing tape so as to not escape! Items are as advertised so all good :)

  Bad experience, unreliable seller. He canceled all my orders with reason "Issue with buyer's shipping address" and blocked me from purchasing through his store. Then he removed the item and relisted it on eBay with an excessively high shipping fee. The seller doesn’t communicate at all.

  If we cancelled your order because we had a problem with your delivery address in Slovakia, why would you keep reordering?

  Item received in plastic bag which ment sticker sheet had multiple folds and this resulted in stickers not adhering to wall correctly. Tried to resolve with seller who initially dismissed my concerns and then after being pushed offered me a £2 refund as a gesture of goodwill. Item really poorly packaged with little thought or care, didn't even take the time to write please do not bend or fragile on the plastic post bag. I can certainly say I won't buy anything from this seller in the future.
