    As I mentioned earlier, the jackets are great. It’s just whether she shipped in the normal way or a box. They all came crinkled, and I had to pay to have them steamed out of the crinkles.

    The manufacturer the seller used sent the wrong item but the seller was apologetic about the mix up. The seller communicated with me throughout the entire process as well as the return. A refund was issued promptly. I have no problems with this seller, however I don't think I would order another corset. The item arrived from Asia which I did not realize the seller didn't have the item in their possession. I would not have ordered it if I knew it was being shipped from overseas.

    I purchased a varsity jacket from this seller. From the start the communication and customer service was excellent. I received the jacket as it was described but had a sizing issue but it was promptly taken care of without any issues. I was looking for a new provider of these jackets for my athletes and I will continue to use this store as a supplier. Just make sure your measurements match up. Five stars on customer service.
