  Product received as described...in very good condition. Liked that seller used bubble wrap around the plastic parts for shipping protection. Took 6 days to ship...but it is Christmas time...so to be as expected.

  The CPAP mask was new in a factory sealed pkg. No tears or marking on the pkg. Very clean. No damage to mask. Fast shipping. Would definitely recommend this seller.

  Shipping was a bit high. Packaging was not good for the price of shipping. Seller did give a return w/o the cost of shipping. At least he took the item back.
