  I cannot say enough about this seller. A+++++++ ad infinitum. The clock was shipped quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged, having been dropped during the shipping process, as evidenced by the damage to the box. I talked with my local clock repair guy and found out it would cost me more to repair than I paid for it. Graciously, the seller agreed to take the clock back and refund the entire amount.
