  Item came in excellent like-new condition and as described. Quality of item was excellent. Detailed appearance of house and lights as well as parent with kid was outstanding. Lighted up and made scary noises that were really neat. Packaging with bubble wrap and paper was great to protect items. Shipping speed fast with FedEx Home Delivery. Communication response time very good. Seller did not reduce shipping when I requested combined shipping for multiple items saying it didn’t save him money.

  Thank you to retired-brian. His prices are some of the best and fairest prices for Dept. 56 pieces with low shipping and handling costs. He does not waste any time getting your order out. I ordered on a Friday and received it on Monday and well packaged. He also advertises he is willing to work with customers to lower shipping costs when making multiple purchases at the same time. I will be taking advantage of that on my next purchase.
