    The item shipped within 1 hour of ordering and was at my door within 24 hours! Speedy shipping. There was a mixup with the listing and the actual specs (honest mistake, it happens sometimes) but I didn't mind since they gave me a partial refund for the difference between models. They were so quick to mitigate the issue. So although the item didn't match the listing spec-wise the customer service more than made up for it. The item itself is spotless and works well.

    It was shipped quickly and with car. The Nintendo switch is brand new in an unopened box. Finding this with such a great price was awesome. It was packed well and looked great! Once we installed it it worked great! I definitely recommend this seller and will buy from them again!

    The console did not come with the game as described, however, the customer service was excellent, and they refunded me the amount a game would cost, I will now buy it separately.. I appreciate their commitment to making sure it all worked out.

    Item arrived as described. The box was just had a little bit of damage on some of the corners, but the actual console, controllers, accessories, etc., were in perfect condition. The $10 eShop card was also included as described by the seller. I booted up the console and everything is working as expected, just like a new console. Thank you so much!!

    Packaging could have been better. Arrived with wrapped only so no protection and part of the wrapping was ripped at the corner. The box has smashed corners and scuffs for being “new”. Items inside seemed ok. Paid for next day but didn’t make it until the 2nd day
