    My husband and I are repeat customers with multiple purchases from RESTORE-NATION: Product arrived damaged, contacted seller. Seller offered to send a replacement, but only if we bought another. Then seller stated that we should have signed for the package, although no signature was required. Seller then suggested that we open a claim with eBay, then immediately threatened to block us (see pic). If you buy a product and it arrives damaged, you are stuck with it - STAY AWAY FROM RESTORE-NATION.
