  I ordered a set of 4 engines for a modeling project I am putting together. When the package arrived, there was only 1 engine included. The next morning, at 6:32AM, I messaged the seller. He responded in 9 minutes, apologizing and stating that he would have the other 3 in the mail that day. 6 minutes later, I had a tracking number, and 3 days later, the engines arrived, well packaged and as advertised. Outstanding customer service!! You can buy from this seller with confidence.

  Clock was received well packaged. The only thing that wasn't in the description was the fact that it has a broken balance staff and a missing jewel. No biggie, and I should have asked more questions. Nice clock overall that needs some attention. Thank you.
