    I really appreciated the experience with the seller. Great price, really well packed, and shipped quickly. During shipping, one of the glasses shattered (but it was so well packed none of the shards presented any danger). I reached out to the seller to let them know. The offered a full refund even though I argued for only half. Great to communicate with, said they’d make it right, that these things happen, and they did. The surviving glass is beautiful and has been taken care of.

    Seller was very easy to work with as ebay still has my old address even though I changed it, thank goodness the seller was able to change the packing address. Items arrived as promised and my husband was surprised and happy to receive his gift! Thank you so much RescuedAndRetro!

    Package was out for shipping quickly. USPS lost it. Contacted the seller and she contacted them and it arrived very quickly after that. Very well packaged. Item exactly as described. I am very happy with my Holland miniatures.
