We had NO communication from you to let us know about the issue so we did not have the chance to try to resolve this for you. You should NOT leave Negative Feedback before you try to communicate first with the Seller. We are not the postal system so can't know if there is a problem. This was not a fair or correct way to deal with your problem!!!
