Costumer service was really helpful. The remote didn’t work initially so I sent them a message to ask for assistance. They advised that I needed to change the frequency to match that of my motor and so they sent me the instruction on how to do it. The instruction was so easy follow, all it took was probably about 2min to get the remote working! Thank you!
