  Very understanding when my shoe broke they immediately gave me a credit, including the shipping price and they did not ask me to send the shoe back which would’ve cost me more I love that sandal, but it says quite a bit about a company when things don’t go well and they quickly make it right

  Better than described. Shipping was quick. Packaging was perfect. Thank you for being one of the better eBay experiences I’ve had. It’s scary buying things from individuals because you never know if the item is truly going to be what you expect.
