    Great customer service and communication. Tracking provided , but courier kept stating item delayed when tracked . Till now not received it . But it isnt sellers fault. Rather the courier service how have lost it. Seller straight away resolved the issue by making an immediate full refund. Awesome seller. I will surely buy againfrom seller . Very honest. . If it ever arrives l will refund sellers money back. I recommend seller.

    First class! The keyring was just as described, and sent immediately. The seller very kindly gave me an offer on the 'Buy it now' price, but like a twit I pressed the wrong buttons and paid the original price... No problem - a refund came through right away! Many thanks for your splendid service - and apologies for the hassle!
