  EXCELLENT & VERY UNDERSTANDING SELLER! I was worried about the delivery method (speedpak), so I cancelled at first. But after talking with the seller, I decided to proceed with the purchase. eBay does make it slightly difficult to undo a cancellation, so talk to the seller first if you have any concerns. Thank you so much for helping me with this!! I highly recommend buying from here! For tracking, I just put the code into parcelsapp.com after reading a forum, which gave accurate updates.

  the customer service was fantastic, we resolved the issue very quickly and easily. the product was slightly darker than in the item description but i am very happy with this seller. the customer service was so good i might order again!

  Came as described. The keys were out of place/jumbled but no issue, I can put it back. Seller responded to messages super quick and nicely. Took a bit to arrive but it’s worth the wait. Would buy again :)

  Was hard to wait for the shipping time but, I love it colors really pop. Good fine for me being that Kuromi is my favorite. Nicely packed + very comfy. 10/10 Thanks so much.
