  Contacted seller before purchase and they were extremely polite and helpful. Items arrived very quickly and were packaged extremely well, it made the shipping cost feel worthwhile. Tracking number was sent, which was highly appreciated. Items work perfectly so far. Aesthetically, items look almost brand-new, very good condition, matches photographs in listing.   The iPhone arrived in good condition, very well-packaged, and with fast delivery. However, the battery capacity was only at 77%—something not mentioned in the description, which was disappointing. I haven’t fully tested the device yet, but so far, I’m happy with the product. A clearer note on battery health would have been appreciated, as now I have to cover the extra cost of replacing the battery myself, unfortunately.
