My family and I have created a fun and profitable hobby to repurpose clothing and everyday items.     The item arrived in pristine condition, unfortunately it did not work for me. The seller was clear in the description that the item was not eligible for a refund. However, the seller was extremely responsive and understood that the item did not work for me. As a result he was more than willing to issue a refund. I appreciate and applaud the fact that he was more concerned about customer than the sale. I would definitely purchase from this seller in the future - without hesitation.
