I have had very good comms from them previously and they sent out this order very smartly. Ordered on Tuesday, arrived on Thursday. In spite of the clamps being made of steel, they were well packaged / protected and made it through the post in first class order. Angle plate exactly as described, and very good value for money; I'm very pleased with it. Likewise, RTD metal cutting fluid, used it for 50+ years, still gives excellent performance. Sadly the chuck was triple fixing as advertised. Had that been four I wouldn't have been bothered, but three into four don't fit! RDG were terrific. Emails answered very quickly and a new (checked) item sent out by return post. Packing and pre-paid postage labels were all included with the new item. The whole process could not have been easier. The rotary table is excellent. A+
