  Ran into some mailing issues by USPS during the holidays that was out of our control which ultimately caused the item to get shipped back to the seller. Unfortunately the item got damaged in the process but the seller was incredibly prompt and professional and tried to see if they could get another one but unfortunately could not. They issued me a refund right away due to the circumstances without my even asking. I highly recommend shopping and buying from RD Closet!

  Starbucks mugs arrived exactly as described & perfectly packed to keep them safe while being shipped. Seller even provided some Easter eggs in the box that a mug collector would appreciate! Great shopping experience & I would definitely buy from this seller again & recommend them for an honest & thoughtful seller.

  Sent me the wrong item, and they wouldn’t send me the correct item. They said eBay wouldn’t let them send the correct item but as a seller myself I know that is false. I sent official eBay guidelines and they still refused to send the item. They gave me a full refund which I greatly appreciate and they apologized however I’m still going to leave a neutral review. Neither good nor bad experience, just want the item I paid for originally.

  I bought this doll alongside the Rapunzel one. I cannot stress this enough, but this seller went above and beyond. Amazing packaging, kind communication, and so much more. I even received some extra goodies inside, which were very appreciated after going through a terrible week. Highly recommend buying from this seller!!! A++++

  I never leave a review, but I have to recommend this seller. The cup was wrapped with so much care and arrived in perfect condition. It was the extra effort that I was so impressed by, because you just don’t know how things will be sent these days. Anyway, I’m so impressed and will absolutely look for this seller in the future. Plus there were some extra little surprises for the holiday in the box! Such a nice surprise! 10/10 5 Star Seller
