  Excellent service and a very fair price. Posted very quickly. O rings supplied in an EKWB branded packet and appear to be a genuine part and not a generic replacement. Many thanks.

  First of arrived were not as described (not the sellers fault), manufacturing fault, The seller apologised and then sent me another one, which I hope will be okay.. There was no quibble about replacing the old ones at all thank you so much P

  Great beater, 1st order didn’t arrive , no fault of seller another was dispatched immediately. Responded immediately to my email. Cannot fault him. Parcel arrived and very happy with product.

  Item works perfectly. I was waiting a while for its arrival and contacted seller who did reply. Then seller said they would send a replacement and when that never arrived i contacted the seller again. Eventually found that the item got delivered to the wrong house but initual despatch wasn't quick. However the seller has communicated when i have messaged and the arrival of the item is not totally down to them, its also the postal services fault. I am happy its all worked out now.
