  The seller sent me Contour test strips, which was Not the Contour Next test strips that I ordered. When I received the wrong item I contacted the seller via a link on their website and they sent me a prepaid return address label. I returned the incorrect item to the seller. When I checked my visa account I noticed that instead of a refund to my account I had been charged a second time for the same item. I don’t know how to contact the seller again about this.

  This is the first time I have left a negative review, but I felt strongly enough in this case to share my experience. I ordered the product in Dec but 3 weeks later it was still saying Shipping Label created. It seemed seller had no intention of actually shipping the item. I messaged asking about the status but got no reply. Sent a 2nd message saying if not going to ship then please refund. I got a reply that a refund was issued, but 2 weeks later still no refund. Very disappointing
