    Good shipping. decent Packaging. Item not as described, box & shoes were marked size 13 however they were size 12. Reached out to seller, said they felt item was as described. Not a good value since I could not use the shoes. Some due diligence is required by seller. No returns accepted by seller. Did not want to try to use the E-bay guarantee, too much work. Did not want to write a negative review. I will chalk it up to a mis-communication. Donated shoes to charity. Oh well.
