    Teri is a trained historian who has extensive knowledge of ceramics and porcelain, particularly Japanese-made ceramics, as well as toys, matchbooks, paper ephemera, and books. When you buy from us, you support a family-owned small business. Our youngest girl often accompanies us on our buying expeditions and loves to treasure hunt.

    We enjoy getting to know our customers. So, please message us with your wants — especially if you collect matchbooks, paper ephemera, games, or toys — as only a fraction of our total stock is listed.

    It turns out there was a bit of miscommunication with eBay and I thought seller might have been the source. As it turns out though the product, the description, and the incredibly prompt and reasonably priced delivery add up to an exemplary transaction with seller. I would do business with ramshackleempire any time a be confident in the transaction.

    The refund you received was a shipping discount, which should have been included in the refund notice from Ebay. Your item shipped with the other item you purchased. Check your tracking and consider revising this feedback.
