Seller listed 20 each and then contacted me that they only had 2 each available. I told them I purchased 20 and want the 20. They promptly cancelled the sale. I suspect but don't know that this might have been a bait and switch. They then lied on the cancellation saying that I cancelled the transaction when it fact they cancelled it. They did refund the amount paid.

This link is 10PCS,you bought two,the total is 20PCS,we never said you bought the wrong quantity. We just told you we only have 2PCS in stock at that time,we can refund the other 18PCS for you,but you do not need it so we refund all the order.
