  My experience with merchant was not a good one. First of all, there was no communication on their part. I asked this person if their products go through the eBay authentication process. They said no, and I cancel my order on the same day. The reason why I buy shoes from eBay is because of the authentication process. this merchant does not offer authentication of their products. When I canceled this product, the merchant still had these shoes in their possession and it should have Cancelled.

  Never got the shoes. I was told a few days after buying them that they didn’t actually them. They refunded me quickly. Communication was good, just disappointed with no shoes.
