  The part was “spot-on” in terms of description. Subsequently, the part was an exact fit! The value was excellent as this part is difficult to find in a brick and mortar store. I chose the cheapest shipping method and was worried the part did not ship on-time. I reached out to the vendor but before the vendor could respond, USPS just updated the shipping status and the item purchased was on its way. The packaging well protected the item. Buy from & follow this vendor. I am for my garage.

  Seller was out of stock and let me know it would be a few days before it was back in stock. Since I was going out of town and wasn't going to be home for the new delivery date I asked the seller to cancel the order, They did so and quickly issued a refund! I have bought several items from this seller the items have always ben as advertised and shipped quickly. Thank you and 5 STARS!!!

  Great seller. Package went missing upon delivery and seller sent out a replacement on their dime. Item came in sealed genuine packaging. The original package eventually showed up a week later and the seller responded that they did not need it back. Would definitely buy from this seller again

  Initially sent the wrong part. However, fixed it quickly and communicated clearly through the whole process. I had to go on vacation before I could return the incorrect part. They sent me the correct part while I was away proactively. I thought I was going to have to wait until I returned. Fantastic customer service! Free return label was provided for the incorrect part. All is resolved and I received a quality product along with quality service. I will buy from them again. Soon!

  I am a repeat buyer and have good experiences with quirk. There was trouble with the shipping and package got lost twice by usps. Quirk stepped in and sent a lost package notice to usps and they got off the hands and found it. Only took 16 days to get my parts, when it should have been 5 total days. Buy from these people and you will get what you order.
