    The perfect example of what an EBay seller can and should be. Royal mail ignored a re-direct on delivery and could not even return it to the seller efficiently. Tracking showed it passing it up and down the country six times between depots, eventually delivering it back to the seller. Quickdraw promised to help resolve the problem and did so very effectively. Great value to begin with, but the excellent customer service went above and beyond to ensure that my granddaughter received her gift.

    Ordered the items on Sunday and they were delivered Tuesday. Cannot fault the delivery and the items were extremely well packaged. I am more than happy to purchase from the seller again in the future and equally happy to recommend seller to family and friends. Well done to everyone

    Really happy with the items, came as a pack of 2 with 2 different coloured crab line handles (not sure if they always come in 2 different colours) but really glad they did so we know who’s is who’s! Super fast delivery and exactly as described. I will be buying again each year now as takes all the hassle out of buying when we get there! Thank you A+ seller
