  The true measure of a seller can only be ascertained when there's a problem with the order. When I received this tail light, it was defective. Rather than hassle me to send it back, he just simply trusted that I was telling him the truth and sent me out a replacement, right away. The light now works perfectly and this seller handled the whole transaction with prompt, polite communication, care in packaging and quick delivery. Despite the hiccup, great experience overall. Highly recommended
