    There’s more to this review than two buttons and a card—a return and exchange with an earlier purchase. Apart from the usual postal logistics, US tariffs resulted in customs issues. Queen Fan Store handled everything in a professional manner and stayed in contact as the package moved from the UK to the US. It arrived safely, all items very well packed and all as had been described and pictured. As a long-time happy customer of QFS, I very happily recommend this exemplary seller.

    Excellent transaction. Great item which is exactly as described by the seller and I am very pleased with it.
