    Order on June 14. 9 days later they don’t respond to messages and no tracking number. Item never showed up. Listing says they have 4 but this is probably a scam seller. First bad experience on eBay in 15 years.

    Noted they had 5 in stock but turned out they had none. I was waiting on tracking number as it was noted item was to ship out within 24hrs, no tracking number came, I eventually reached out to company multiple times for tracking number as I was in a time sensitive situation with repair that needed completed, poor communication from seller, Seller canceled order, after asking why turned, out they had none in stock, but still listed 4 in stock on Ebay, Seller did refund money

    Original item came through damaged inside a new sealed box. Supplier worked with me to exchange item for a new one and get the old one returned. He was helpful throughout the process.
