  I don’t usually leave negative feedback, but I can’t recommend this seller. Order was placed on May 8th. Had to contact the seller/open a case to actually get them to drop it off at usps on May 19th. Finally arrived on May 27th. It arrived in an oversized, crushed box where it obviously got banged around during shipping. There are splits and bends all over the vinyl sleeve but since the seller didn’t respond to my last message, I decided it wasn’t worth the headache so I’m just keeping it.

  Beware! Seller sent a completely different item than what was described. I messaged the seller and they have completely ignored my concern. They did not even given me the courtesy of a response of why they screwed up. Also they were very slow to ship this item and it did not arrive in the delivery window they stated. My conclusion is that you cannot trust QSTORE1 to actually send you what they are advertising. I'll avoid them in the future and you should, too.

  I cannot give 0 stars but would if possible. Item bought and paid for on June 12, 2025. Seller did not print a shipping label until June 17, 2025. Seller apparently scanned the shipping label at a USPS dropbox on June 20, 2025, but no updates since. I suspect my item was nonexistent. I contacted the seller three times in messages and once when refund was initiated. No response from seller. Absolutely unacceptable. AVOID THIS SELLER!!

  AVOID THIS SELLER! Ordered and promptly paid but the item never shipped. I patiently waited 10 days before reaching out to the seller but got no response. Another week, another email, still no response. Third week, third email, I finally got an apology and a promise to look into it. But that was the first and last time I ever heard from them. After a FULL MONTH, I had to get eBay involved. NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS!

  I am elated with this replacement strap!! It goes perfectly with the Michael Kors handbag I have. (As pictured.) The quality is exceptional for the price, and it looks exactly as it was pictured in the ad. This seller was such a pleasure to work with; prompt communication, kindly accepted my counteroffer, and shipped the item immediately upon my payment.
