After a week, I noticed I haven't received the item yet, and checked tracking. The item acted like it never was received by usps. I contacted the seller, they immediately responded and started working on tracking down the issue. By the end of the next business day, I had an update that they put a lost mail request in, the following day it was found and was back on track to me.
