La nostra storia formatasi nel 2014, QIDI Tech è iniziata con un piccolo team di ingegneri con una grande visione: volevamo rendere la stampa 3D accessibile a tutti. Pazzo? Un po'. Con il nostro viaggio ci siamo costantemente concentrati su qualcosa di più della semplice produzione di macchinari; si tratta di consentire a creatori di tutti i tipi di dare vita alle loro idee. Ogni giorno, facciamo molto di più che costruire stampanti. Stiamo creando un ambiente in cui designer esperti e individui avventurosi possono unire le forze, lavorare insieme, realizzare idee e svilupparsi.

I didn't even have time to cancel it. Everything is well packed and has all the parts. Turns on, but I haven't checked the work yet. Any printer defects are fixed. I was told I needed to cancel part of my order and select another shipping method due to a Canada Post strike (according to sources on their end). When I sent links noting that it wasn't in place anymore I was still told to do this as directed and forced to pay more for shipping than the parts. Unfortunately this is the only place that I have been able to find parts for my printer so my hands were tied.

The seller agreed to refund me $5 for the inconvenience. I think it will be better to work through the Qidi website from now on to avoid this type of mix-up in the future.

I will say i received my unit with damage that occurred in shipping but the after sales service has quickly remedied the issue and sent replacement parts within a day of contract. Printer works flawlessly and at the top quality for a fdm 3d printer. Could not be more happy with my printer. Thank you Qidi for a good product and superb customer service.
