  Absolutely terrible experience. The crankshaft was misrepresented — arrived in awful condition with damage that was clearly hidden in the photos. Complete waste of time and money. Seller was unresponsive and unhelpful when I reached out about the issue. Avoid this seller unless you enjoy being ripped off. eBay needs to do better policing sellers like this.

  I wrote this in haste. The seller contacted me right away and was very sorry I got the wrong part and he is making it right. Sometime mistakes happen and just want to say that the comments I left were out of frustration.

  I didn’t get the part! I missed changing the ship to address and when I realized it, I tried contacting the seller 3 times, but to no avail. When he did contact me 4 days later, he was quite nasty with me. So now, I’m out the product, shipping cost, and the money. This is why I don’t buy from eBay-Never again with this seller.

  Here is the REAL story. Buyer messaged at 1030 am friday, 10 hours after purchasing. My guys had already shipped the baffle at that point. I took friday/the weekend off to be with my wife, so I replied back to him at 8 AM Monday - less than one business day from his message. I was polite and explained it shipped hours b4 his message. He sent a rude reply about how I took "a week to reply and that is terrible seller service," and kept going. I will never tolerate a buyer who is rude/unaccountable

  1) we literally copied it and pasted your address. 2. The item has been sitting at their warehouse while waiting for you to pick it up for over a month 3. You have not made one single attempt to contact me since you purchased 4. I had told you the only way I would ship to Brazil was under your risk
