  So despite being well packaged, the filter arrived with damage to the one side. After attempting a fix to what I thought was damage to the latches, I realized the cracks extended to the pressure housing. I contacted the seller and they quickly responded. After sending them pictures of the damage, they offered to refund or replace. I chose replacement and the second filter arrived quickly without any damage. I was very impressed with the responsiveness of the seller! Great filter!

  Item arrived late due to bad weather and I’m not going to ding seller for that. It was in great brand new condition as advertised. It was half the price as advertised on Amazon. Great looking unit and seems to be accurate. I would recommend seller.
