  My package and product came in perfect condition. Pucho023 packed my item with thoughtfulness and care. Item was delivred in a sturdy box filled with a perfect amount of cushioning to ensure product quality during shipment. Seller was also very quick and responsive to any questions I had. Overall, I greatly recommend this seller.

  Excellent product, it looked just like the picture did and even came with a case for it! The wear is minimal, and it shipped about a week and a half before the estimated delivery date which was a nice surprise. The packaging was compact and protected in several layers of bubble wrap. I did have to buy my own charger but the mp3 player works like a charm. Nice bright screen, all operations seem intact. Seller did take a bit to respond, but was still helpful.

  Shipping time was unbelievably fast. Item was packed very nicely. Only problem was I bought the wrong item… I messaged the seller and told them what happened. Seller offered to refund if I paid return shipping or a small partial refund for the inconvenience. The return shipping to Japan was too expensive to justify so I chose the partial refund. I thought it was extremely generous of the seller. A++ even though I won’t actually end up using the item.

  Can't say enough about how smooth and efficient this transaction was. Incredible communication, fantastic packaging and overall a great value for the price. Item was received in perfect condition with no issues, brand new as described. Highly recommend this seller.
