    Item - exactly as described, good quality. There was an issue with delivery due to an adressing error by the seller. After I gave feedback the seller promptly contacted me and offered a full refund for my inconvenience, which I declined. It is refreshing to find a seller on e-bay who is not trying to scam you and cares about customer service. I will buy from psmfasteners again.
