Produkt war scheinbar* nicht neu und Swiftshield war defekt. Rückabwicklung funktionierte. Musste aber an die Rückzahlung erinnern. Auf meine Anfragen wurde aber reagiert. Daher neutral. * Es sah neu aus, aber der Beipackzettel innen wies deutliche Abnutzungserscheinungen auf.
