  The after sales purchase assistance provided by the seller if there's an issue with the item is to me the most valued one. My item was delivered on time & well packaged, the supplied items were intact & as per the description given by the seller. After connecting everything up, unfortunately the PC would not power up. I came to the conclusion the power cord supplied was faulty. The seller immediately sent out a brand new replacement cord. This seller has my utmost respect & is reputable. Thank U

  Item was posted promptly and arrived well packaged. I haven't had a chance to open it yet but looks secure. The seller was very responsive - i first placed and order for mATX box by mistake and asked for cancellation. I then placed a separate order for an ATX box. The seller responded quickly to my messages and made it simple to complete the transaction. Recommended seller.

  Bonne communication, emballage soigné, expédition rapide mais délais très long pour le prix. 20 jours au total, une fois le colis arrivé en France cela a mis 72h environ alors qu'il a été vérifié et ouvert par la doinne Française. L'objet est totalement conforme a l'annonce et parfaitement fonctionnel. Je recommande ce vendeur mais pas les services postaux UK ;-)

  Item well packed, and appears to be as described (only test fone so far was to open the mac and see that it starts the setup process - which it did). Hope to run additional tests in following days. Shipping took slightly longer than initially stated (tracking stopped updating for almost a week), but all turned out well. Value for money seems appropriate. Would buy from this seller again.

  Great value for money, item as described, well packaged, prompt delivery works perfectly and in good condition. I had an issue with the wrong power cable being sent but after contacting the seller he replied straight away and sent a new cable asap. Exceptional customer service. Would highly recommend this seller.
