    Item did not arrive or notification did not reach us. Item returned to seller. Seller was very friendly, approached us and offered reasonable refund anyway. Therefore experience with delivery was not the best (I am not blaming seller here because I do not know why item returned to seller) but the seller was polite and going towards to solve the isse as best as possible. This way of sorting issues is positive anyway. So experience in communication was really good.

    Item arrived in good time, however, slightly damaged due to poor handling by the carrier. The seller responded very quickly, excellent communication, arranged for damaged part to be shipped to the UK from Poland, this has now arrived. Would highly recommend this ebayer - Thank You!

    Prior to purchase, the seller confirmed this part would fit my car. It did - now installed and functioning as expected. Sent very securely packaged in cardboard box. Fairly quick delivery from time of placing order. Very satisfied with the service. Would certainly contact PROauto again if parts needed for my rare (in the UK) car.

    I buy the wrong items,but the seller is one of the best and he kindly said "Are you sure that is exactly for your car" than I realise that part is not exactly the same part ...and i told him.After that he refund my money immediately!Thank you again for your advice good men/women
