    Item arrived exactly as pictured and described and was meticulously and safely packed with cords neatly wrapped. Item was clean and free of any dust, debris or fingerprint smudges. Looks (and sounds) new. Shipping was on time (or early). Recommend seller and would purchase again. Consider purchase to be of great value as this item is no longer in production by Bose.     Excellent service, just as described, and at a very good price. It also came with a free 500GB M.2 drive. Shipping was surprisingly fast, and the packaging was very well done. I recommend this seller. 11/10 😃

    Seller was prompt all throughout. Mailed quickly, responded to my messages quickly, etc. The Buy Now price was competitive for the item. Turns out my item was lost in the mail, but the seller refunded me quickly once I mentioned it. I'd have preferred the item, but that wasn't the seller's fault.

    Fast shipping. Excellent packaging. Good value (with warranty sticker still intact) Not quite as described but close enough--- Description says 'AV output does not consistently work' but the console has absolutely no A/V output. But for the value...its worth it. Good doing business with you . Thank you
