  The kindle arrived as described, great condition with a screen protector. It was packaged securely. From what i can tell they dropped it off with the shipper promptly and it came in a few days less than estimated which was nice. I would order from this seller again.

  Fast shipping. Excellent packaging. Good value (with warranty sticker still intact) Not quite as described but close enough--- Description says 'AV output does not consistently work' but the console has absolutely no A/V output. But for the value...its worth it. Good doing business with you . Thank you

  Item as described and well packed, but took a long time to ship and seller appeared to be deceptive about shipping dates. Seller created a tracking# on Monday, but nothing happened till I reached out on Thursday - seller replied and said it had already been shipped on Monday or Tuesday, but then tracking showed USPS receipt of the item later that Thursday afternoon after 5pm.... So, it's possible that the seller was truthful, but the tracking says they probably lied. Disappointing.
