  Incorrect item received but seller offered a full refund. I understand mistakes happen and the communication and end result was positive. Will purchase again.

  Item was marked as posted by the tracking number showed the parcel had not been lodged. Contacted the seller after almost a week and half of no parcel lodgement to find out that they actually did not have the item to sell (yet still had it listed with 5 available). Very poor form.
